Pamela began her career in Orlando, FL as a dancer, singer and actress working for Walt Disney World.  A true entrepreneur she founded Hardrive Productions, Inc. 20 years ago and currently resides as President of the company.  Her career with Hardrive includes choreographing large shows and industrials for national and international companies. Her experience and business acumen has helped Hardrive grow into a full-service, one-stop internationally known company with hundreds of clients.

Lead by her passion and soul for the industry, Pamela holds incredible talents that make all her productions unique and memorable. She customizes routines, reads and studies story lines and musical scores to determine how to translate ideas into moods into dance movements.  She designs dances for individual dancers, dance companies, musical theatre, film, television productions and special events. She takes it a step further and chooses the perfect music, sounds effects or even spoken narrative to accompany the dance or routine.

Pamela’s growth as a dancer and choreographer is attributed to her love for ballroom dancing. She is ranked as one of the top Pro-Am competitors across the country. She is a 9 Dance United States Champion and a 9 Dance World Champion three years in a row.

Nationally, Pamela has choreographed for well-known companies including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Disney Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruise Lines, Busch Gardens and Busch Entertainment and several others. Her production capabilities and skillset led to national televised events including the Nashville Christmas Parade where she worked with talents including Kelly Clarkson, Gavin DeGraw, JoDee Messina, Ty Herndon to name just a few. Most recently, Pamela led all choreography for Kesha’s live performance and has worked with Leann Rimes, Johnny and Michelle Damon and others.

For the past ten years, she has worked on production numbers for Miss America outstanding Teen Pageant – one of the top scholarship providers for teen girls in the United States. She also worked with the American Dance Legend TV Series as a mentor for students and choreographers offering advice and expertise to help make the dreams of future performers and choreographers a reality.

Internationally Pamela’s talents cross many countries including assisting with the production of Glorioso! This $3 million Christmas spectacular held in Manaus, Brazil showcased thousands of

performers, crew members, volunteers, celebrities, officials and others. The 1 hour and 40 minute audio-visual performance combines 2D and 3D animations, the Amazonas Philharmonic and more than 3 thousand performers. A massive effort with amazing results, Pamela assisted with all aspects of the event and she was asked to return for three consecutive years!

Crossing over into Mexico, Pamela instructs and choreographs Master classes to students in Cancun and Monterey and most recently, students from Australia.

Philanthropy also plays an important role to Pamela and Hardrive. She has produced several, nationally recognized fundraisers for nonprofits.  Headdress Ball, coined Orlando’s Most Outrageous Event, is a black-tie spectacular and Las Vegas style show has raised millions over the years for the Hope and Help Center, an AIDS service organization. Hardrive also produced all the décor, costumes and entertainment for Carnavalia. Carnavalia is a themed production for the Assistance Fund, a national nonprofit that raises more than $70 million each year for chronically ill patients who are unable to afford their life-saving medications. Pamela also produced shows for Give Kids the World a 79-acre, nonprofit resort in Central Florida that provides weeklong, cost-free vacations to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families.

Whether it’s ballroom dancing, instructing or choreographing, producing or giving back to the communities in which she performs, Pamela is a true professional with an eye for success.
